MI NOMBRE ES MARILUZ LA PORTILLA, SOY ARQUITECTA EN PERU, AACTUALMENTE HAGO MI MAESTRIA EN “ARQUITECTURA CON MENCION EN GESTION EMRESARIAL” Y NECESITO DE SU AYUDA.
LAMENTABLEMENTE HACE POCOS DIAS, PARA SER EXACTOS UNA SEMANA, TUVE UN ACCIDENTE, ME ATROPELLO UNA COMBI CUANDO ME IBA A LA
UNIVERSIDAD, AHORA TENGO UN TRABAJO Q PRESENTAR UN INFORME DE ENTREVISTAS A PROMOTORES INMOBILIARIO, TRISTEMENTE DESE ESTA SILLA DE RUEDAS NO PUEDO SALIR A HACERLAS, POR ESO LES PIDO ME AYUDEN A RESPONDER LAS SGTES PREGUNTAS PARA ENVIARLAS A LA INGENIERA POR INTERNET, LAS PREGUNTAS SON:
a. Cuales son los proyectos inmobiliarios que ha realizado su empresa, donde y cuantos departamentos han vendido.
b. Cual es el actual programa inmobiliario (o el mas reciente) donde se localiza, cuantos departamentos se venden?.
c. Señalar los problemas que se tienen y a que se atribuye.
d. Cual es el maregen de ganancia y en cuanto tiempo se lograr esa cifra?
e. Cuales son los puntos fuerte o ventajas que ofrecen al cliente?
f. Para que sector socio economico esta preparado su proyecto ABCD?
